Designing impactful branded materials that embody Scaled Agile's spirit, inspiring connection and pride

During my tenure at Scaled Agile, Inc., I spearheaded the creation and management of various branded materials to enhance the company’s presence and promote a cohesive brand identity. These assets not only supported marketing initiatives but also strengthened internal culture and brand loyalty among employees and clients.

Business Cards for International and Local Employees

To facilitate professional networking and brand consistency, I implemented both traditional paper business cards and digital business cards through Social Card (joinsocialcard.com). This dual approach provided flexibility and convenience for employees, catering to both local and international networking needs.

Scaled Agile Branded Notebook

Elevate Your Thoughts with Style and Functionality. Whether used in daily operations, gifted to new employees, or distributed at events, this branded notebook serves as a constant reminder of Scaled Agile’s dedication to empowering individuals and teams to achieve their best.

To maintain brand consistency and visual appeal across all podcast-related materials, I developed branded thumbnails, templates, and stickers. This ensured that each episode was easily recognizable and consistent with the Scaled Agile brand.

Cups, shirts and swag, oh my!

Branded polo shirts were designed and distributed as part of promotional giveaways at industry events and internal company meetings. These high-quality, visually appealing shirts helped reinforce our brand image and were popular among employees and partners alike, serving as a wearable reminder of the company’s values and mission.

Custom-branded cups were created for use at SPCT (SAFe Program Consultant Trainer) Masterclasses, both as a functional item and a souvenir. These cups helped promote brand visibility during training sessions and reinforced the professional yet approachable image of Scaled Agile.

To create a strong first impression and make new employees feel valued from day one, I designed a welcome box that included various branded items such as notebooks, pens, and other office supplies. This initiative helped integrate new team members into the company culture and encouraged brand advocacy from the start of their employment.

Fast Motion with AI

A fun experiment using, Runway AI, to give lofe to static images. Giving us a fast look and feel of what branded merchandise and swag can look in motion. Although not perfect, its a lot of fun learning more prompts with different tools.
